Mackenzie is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Iowa, holding both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from the University of Iowa. With years of experience in diverse settings—including residential and outpatient mental health treatment, community outreach for individuals experiencing homelessness, and supporting veterans at the VA—Mackenzie has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges people face.
